Venue Rental
What is included and provided by the venue?
The venue provides at no extra cost,
10 round tables (of 8 people),
3 rectangle tables (for buffet/food),
80 white Chiavari chairs,
All linen for the tables,
Silverware (knives, forks, spoons, and dessert spoons),
Entree plates and dessert plates,
Glasses (wine glasses, water glasses, and flutes),
White paper napkins,
Water pitchers,
Cake stand and cake cutting utensils,
Parking and wifi access.
The venue also provides a tiered cake for 50 people made by Victoria’s Cake bakery
$600/ hour Monday to Thursday
$745/ hour Friday to Sunday

The venue asks for a minimum of a 2-hour rental period.
The venue offers 1 hour for setup prior to the event and 1 hour for cleanup.
A mandatory cleaning fee of $350 is required.
Additional setup time or cleanup time will be $150/30 minutes
Coat check is available for an extra $100
A coffee station is available for an extra $150
